post your choice....

This objective of this poll is to find out the various factors that creep into the minds of the customers while choosing their flights. This poll highlights the reasons why customers go in pursuit of other airlines to fly to and from Malaysia and not Malaysian Airlines. In this poll we would like to know which airline you would choose to fly to Malaysia from your place or from Malaysia to your desired destination. Please drop in your opinion and put a valid reason for why you choose the particular airlines. What would be the basic factors that you would consider when making your choice of flight.
The results generated from this poll would throw light to the factors that the company should take note of and identify what the customers really look for when they wish to fly. These information’s could enable the company to overcome the key areas or factors that they are weak in and probably could provide better service in the area that they are strong and thus the could establish a stronghold . It is not just the facilities offered by the airlines that attract the customers to choose the airlines but other factors too. Let us see what are the other factors that you would look at for the reason “ why or why not you choose Malaysian Airlines”.....

Have traveled via MAS several times and I sat back and thought whether or not do they deserve to win the "Best Cabin Crew" award from the Airlines Accreditation Board. Personally I would prefer traveling with SIA or Emirates for that matter. Nice blog topic you've chosen here and keep up the good work man.

The best things I would look for making the choice of flight is the comfortable seat, good layout, flexiblility and interesting, music, good food and beverage service and beautiful smile from airhostess. Thanks for the information of MAS. I really deserve to read about.

I never travel by aeroplane before to anywhere so I not sure how is it look like. Based on the useful information from newspaper, MAS is the best in Malaysia. Even my friend who ever took Malaysia airline before was also told the same answer: MAS is good. So, I think if the airline’s service is good, then it can be considered as a good choice and will favourite by everyone.

Pricing is the most important element in choosing an airline and MAS compared to other airline companies have one of the most expensive fares. So, MAS wouldn’t be my first choice. I would probably travel with SIA or KLM.

I would definetly prefer to fly with Uzbekistan airlines, firstly-because im used to it,secodnly-you can speak your own language with the stewardess and lastly I flight only with few foreign airlines so i dont have much experience to compare...

Hi. I am a Management student at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila. I am preparing a term paper on AirAsia. I need data on the market share of the major players in the Malaysian Airline Industry. Do you have any data on this? Would be grateful if you could share the same if you have it. Thanks,
